What is the Trayvon Martin Case About?

For all those new to this soap opera, this is happening because a black punk in a hoodie decided to confront a nutjob with a gun, and then punch the nutjob on the nose. Legally, the nutjob shot him (how this can happen legally is another subject). During a jury trial there was zero evidence that this happened in any way that shows the black punk in a hoodie was targeted or stalked in a way that endangered his life, and in fact showed clearly that the black punk in a hoodie was the attacker. But being black in America means the black punk in a hoodie has no responibility and it must be someone else's fault so all sorts of people will be blamed or fired.
