This item cannot be shared while it is still referencing media on the camera.

I started a second event, imported the same media and everything worked as expected. Something must have been corrupted in the first event.

For the missing camera, eventually moved all clips to trash and re-imported each one separately,  One of the clips had to be replaced in the movie and then it was ok.
